Linear vibrating screen namely circular vibrating screen uses vibrating motor excitation as the source of vibration power, so that material is thrown up on the screen, while moving forward in a straight line. Material evenly enters the inlet and outlet of the screen from the feeder. Through multi-layer screen, a number of sieves with different sieves are produced and discharged from their respective outlets. Linear vibrating screen is driven by double exciters. When the two exciters rotate synchronously and reversely, the exciting force produced by the eccentric block cancels each other in the direction parallel to the axis of the motor, and superimposes a combined force in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the motor, so the trajectory of the screen machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined action of the exciting force and the gravity of the material, the material is thrown up and jumped forward in a straight line motion on the screen surface, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading the material. It can be used to realize automatic operation in pipeline. The utility model has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance and fully enclosed structure without dust spillover. The highest screening number is 400 meshes, which can screen out 7 kinds of materials with different sizes.
