Concrete Mixing Plant
A concrete plant, also known as a batch plant orbatching plant or a
concrete batching plant, is equipmentthat combines various
ingredients to form concrete. Some of these inputs include water,
air, admixtures, sand, aggregate, fly ash, silica fume, slag, and
cement. There are two main types of concrete plants: Dry mixing
plants and Wet mix plants, and also plants that containboth a
transit mix side and a central mix side whileutilizing common
material storage points. A concrete plant can have a varietyof
parts and accessories, including: mixers, cement batchers,
aggregatebatchers, conveyors, radial stackers, aggregate bins,
cement bins, heaters, chillers, cement silos, batch plant controls,
and dust collectors.

is convenient to add or reduce water, ensuring the control of the
concrete slump.
The hopper adopts techniques of not sticking sand and fast
unloading. The loading process is fully sealed, which is
environmental friendly and pollution-free.
The filler bin is installed with centralized controller and
negative pressure pulse dust collection device, which facilitates
the driver’s direct control, realizing the safety of the cement bin
and environment protection and dedusting.
The operation of the control system is easy, stable, and reliable,
having many functions such as supplement, deduction, successive
production, intelligent alarm, etc
