Skid steer loader is a kind of machine with lift armsused to attach a wide variety of labor-saving tools or attachments suitable for narrow working site, uneven ground and frequent change of work contents. Skid loaders are typically small, rigid frame diesel powered, four-wheel drive vehicles with the wheels mechanically locked insynchronization on each side, and where the left-sidedrive wheels can be driven independently of the right-side drive wheels. Turning is accomplished by differential steering, inwhich the left and right wheel pairs are operated at different speeds, andthe machine turns by skidding or dragging its fixed-orientation wheelsacross the ground. The extremely rigid frame and strong wheel bearingsprevent the torsional forces caused by this dragging motion from damagingthe machine. The main advantage of skid steer loader is that the size of the whole machine is small, and it can realize in-situ steering.
